Michael Masterson is the founder and executive director of the The Bottom Line Expense Reduction Limited. TBLER is dedicated to working with companies with $3m plus turnover to increase their profits through reducing expenses in commonsense and lateral ways. Under Michael’s leadership, the company was honoured to be selected as a finalist in the Vero Business Awards.
Michael has a successful history in starting up, turning around and growing Australasian companies. He was one of the initial team that helped to build one of the largest contact centre companies in Australasia taking it to over 5,000 staff – and he went on to launch the business in Asia and New Zealand. At the time one of New Zealand’s youngest CEOs, he also guided the business to become one of New York stock exchanges Omnicom’s most successful and profitable start ups. Since then he has started a number of successful start ups and turned around two midsized companies.
TBLER has on average helped businesses to reduce selected expenses by over 50%, and most importantly allowed the owners to focus on their core business and increase revenue. Aside from his business passion at TBLER, Michael has assisted with the relaunch of the New Zealand Telethon in August – and is heavily involved in his wife and daughters’ passion for horses.
